They are recreating liqueurs, gins, bitters and whiskies of the past with real ingredients and artisanal production methods. Elder flower liqueur that is actually made from fresh elder flowers. Pear liqueur distilled from the pears growing on the farms around the distillery–not from fruit juice concentrate. Bitter liqueur infused with botanicals and real cochineal–not flavors and extracts. No climate control, no chill filtration, no high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors or synthetic colors, no chemicals to speed ageing..They make spirits the old-fashioned way–and that’s why they taste real. Every batch varies slightly as all truly natural products do.
