Paul Thomas Merlot 1998

The grapes in this wine were grown in six different locations throughout the Yakima Valley. They were fermented separately on their skins. Only after the secondary malolactic fermentation was complete did we blend the lots together to form a complex and well- balanced wine. This wine should be enjoyed with pasta dishes and red meats. It might also pair well with chocolate and other rich desserts.
