The concentration of cassis and the herbal flavour of this wine distinguishes itself as a Margaret River Cabernet. The fruit on both the palate and nose is integrated well with nuances of vanillin French and American Oak. There is great length throughout the palate with very fine textured tannins giving a layered mouthfeel. The palate has finesse, power and balance. Enjoy with char-grilled meats or reward with 5-7 years bottle age.
