    Winemaker Notes

This Cabernet is made from fruit sourced from our vineyards in the Murray Darling region of South Eastern Australia. French raspberries and cassis dominate the nose while the palate exhibits sweet blackcurrant fruit flavors and gentle but spicy oak. This medium bodied wine will drink well with such dishes as venison, beef and hearty stews.

    McPherson Wines, Australia
    1999 Cabernet Sauvignon
This pristine and new winery in Nagambie, placed within rural Goulburn Valley, is a pride to the Australian state of Victoria. The reds are produced from grapes grown along the Murray river and the whites are produced from grapes grown along the Goulburn river. The vineyards are family owned, and operated with state of the art technology. This technology is combined with traditional winemaking methods and the result is fantastic wine at great prices. The good news is that they are positioned to make lots of it!
