Lindemans Cawarra Shiraz Cabernet 2000
Nose: Spicy plum and dark cherry fruit with subtle toasted oak.
Palate: Medium bodied with ripe plum and cherry fruit flavours and balanced toasted oak. Sweet berry fruit, good complexity and firm tannins. The sweet fruit and oak flavours linger on the finish.
Serving and Cellaring Suggestions: 2000 Lindemans Cawarra Shiraz Cabernet is best enjoyed over the next 12 to 18 months either at a picnic, barbecue or favourite brasserie. It is the ideal choice to accompany char-grilled meats, pasta and pizza or platters of cheese.
