Description
Modeled after the Advanced Tasting Classes Kevin created for his famous Windows on the World Wine School (which graduated more than 20,000 students!), this is your opportunity to learn from the comfort of your home with Kevin's virtual wine course.
Cabernet Sauvignon is the most planted grape variety in California, with over 93,000 acres (Pinot Noir is next at 47,000+ acres). Along with Bordeaux, California makes the best Cabernet in the world. First planted in the 1860s, it quickly became the quality red grape of California. The four wineries that we are tasting come from the Napa Valley, Sonoma and Paso Robles, from wineries that were founded in years that span 1858 to 1998. Think big, full-bodied, silky, lush, and savory wines!
