Tasting Set Includes:
- Stoller Chardonnay
This Dundee Hills Chardonnay is a mix of all the Chardonnay clones on our property. Whole cluster pressed to mitigate phenolics, delicate aromatics leap out of the glass. Showing notes of ripe pear, candied lemon, and jasmine on the nose, the palate is vibrant yet succulent. Flavors of mandarin orange, baked apple, and ginger along with hints of wet stone fill the front and mid-palate. The initial vibrancy winds down to a long soft finish. - Louis Latour Pouilly-Fuisse
The wine shows a green-gold color, and delicate fruit aromas of melons and pears with underlying notes of almonds on the nose that are disarmingly seductive. On the palate there is a round and full herbal fruitiness that complements the crisp acidity leading to a satisfying finish. - Kumeu River Estate Chardonnay
The Kumeu River Estate Chardonnay is drawn from six different vineyard sites in the Kumeu Region. The winery is particularly careful in selecting only the very best grapes from these vineyards for their Kumeu River Estate label.
