Winemaker Notes

Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Rich floral notes with hints of lemon. Dry, delicate and exceptionally fragrant of alpine flowers. Each botanical is individually infused. Botanicals are macerated at room temperature in a solution of alcohol and water and infused for 6 months prior to bottling. Unlike Foro Rosso, there is no heat used during the botanical infusion process.
