Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch honors the year that Evan Williams founded Kentucky's First Distillery. This small batch Bourbon is pulled from less than 200 barrels. It’s extra-aged, bottled at 90 proof and uses the same sour mash process and traditional recipe made popular by namesake, Evan Williams Black Label.

A brilliant honey color with aromas of oaky vanilla, sauteed butter, and sweet corn with a taste that's semi-sweet, oaky, and honeyed with a lean, off-dry, and regal finish.

Aromatic nose of vanilla and oak and a deep amber color. Toasty and rich, with notes of sweet oak and dried flowers followed by a long, balanced finish. A remarkably good bourbon at an excellent price.

Evan Williams was a natural-born leader, innovator, and entrepreneur. He worked in numerous trades as a businessman, politician, and—most notably—whiskey distiller.

In 1783, he founded Kentucky’s first commercial distillery on the banks of the Ohio River. Many years and barrels later, our master distillers are still producing Bourbon the right way, using the same time-honored methods.
