This Reserve Chardonnay shows a fine balance of fruit and acids. The nose offers a hint of mineral, while on the palate you will find concentrated pear and apple flavors and an undertone of citrus. Our goal has always been to emphasize the oak, yet provide intense fruit flavor. We feel that all of our goals have been met. This wine is well-balanced with persistent flavors that last on the finish. Enjoy this wine with grilled scallops with lemon-tarragon vinaigrette, smoked seafood, crabcakes, sushi, roasted red peppers, smoked & spicy meats and curried dishes.
