Celilo vineyard is located in the Germanic town of Bingen, Washington where small bunches of the rose pink Gewurztraminer grapes are slow maturing for ultimate flavor. This is definitely a food wine to be served with hearty fare without apology - spicy aromas and flavors hallmark this wine.
