    Winemaker Notes

A deep ruby red color with violet notes. The delicacy of the Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the Maipo Valley is very well meld with the volume and concentration of the Syrah coming from the Rapel Valley delivering pleasant blackberries aromas with touches of chocolate and toasted coffee. It shows itself as a fresh and easy drinking wine. Remarkable the acidity while the round tannins delivers a balanced structure and long and generous finish.

Owing to the blend, this wine is versatile for food pairing, from different cuts of red meat, to lamb, goat, duck and veal. Mature cheeses are equally recommended above all if they are used in sauces.
