Winemaker Notes
An astonishing alliance of roundness and tension, Chateau Haut-Bergey Blanc is distinguished by its saline finish and great drinkability. Ages on total lees in large containers, its natural freshness preserves powerful aromas of exotic white fruits and acacia flowers.

Perfumed and ripe, this wine shows a more tropical side of Bordeaux white. Toasty flavors mingle with yellow fruits and crisp apples. Best After 2023

Aromas of dried pineapple, mango, preserved lemon, toasted bread and salted almonds. It’s full-bodied with a layered, intense and nutty palate. Excellent concentration and length.

Wine Spectator
Bright and energetic, this lovely white offers juicy gooseberry, white peach and lemon peel notes dressed with honeysuckle and straw accents on the finish.

Decanter
Lemon and orange blossom - quite floral with citrus aromas. Nice fullness to this, it's smooth and expansive with sharp edges of lemon and pineapple but it really works. Definitely fresh pineapple here alongside apricot and lemon but also with such charming honey tones too, some creamines too, like a Piña Colada. So enjoyable and easy to approach.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2019 Haut Bergey Blanc is showing nicely from bottle, wafting from the glass aromas of honeyed peaches, gooseberries, yellow orchard fruit and a touch of smoky reduction. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's a rich and textural wine, with a sweet core of fruit and an unctuous, layered profile, concluding with a lively finish. It was bottled under Diam 10.
