Winemaker Notes

This outstanding wine was produced from grapes grown on a single, south facing hillside vineyard in Washington's prestigious Columbia Valley. Similar to many fine Bordeaux wines, it is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and has been aged for 21 months in French Oak barrels. It is a full bodied, complex wine offering layers of concentrated flavors of cassis, blackberry, and ripe plum, with a hint of light oak. The flavors unite to form a long, smooth and harmonious finish.
