Winemaker Notes

A complex berry fruit aroma is tinged with a hint of oak. The color is a deep purple/red. The ripe fruit palate is complemented by fresh acidity and firm oak tannin. Cabernet imparts a rich cassis character; Merlot lends a fleshy fullness and alluring softness to the wine. Food Suggestions: pasta, red meats. Cellaring time is 3-5 years.
