Bell Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 1999

Full-bodied with typical Jackson Clone varietal character, abundant fruit aromas, a firm tannin structure and layers of complexity. Continued maturity of the vine root system had yielded a wine with greater fruit concentration than found in prior vintages. The fruit aromas are balanced with a crisp acidity, soft tannins and undertones of French oak, while on the finish the wine has the supple, elegant finish associated with prior releases. Excellent today, the wines balance and acidity will certainly reward those with the patience to cellar it.
