Select parcels of Shiraz and Cabernet were machine harvested during the cool of night when the grapes were at their optimum maturity. This medium to light bodied wine was made to capture the fresh fruit characters of Shiraz and Cabernet. The strong spice and white pepper characters of Shiraz complement the soft fruity flavors of Cabernet. The wine is soft and well balanced in acidity, and therefore is easy drinking without cellaring.
