The 1999 Adastra Chardonnay is a complex, intense, well-balanced wine. Citrus, floral spicy and mineral characters on the nose are confirmed on the palate together with nuances of tropical fruit, vanilla, roasted almonds and apple pie. Delicious on its own and excellent with food.
