This wine displays attributes more akin to Condrieu than most California renditions. It expresses the aromatic magic of the variety with honeysuckle, lavender and mace. The flavors are reminiscent of Mirabella plum and peach, with bright acidity and a persistent mineral finish.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS: Viognier is a perfect accompaniment to cuisines of the Pacific Rim, especially foods with a bit of heat. Viognier also works as a beautiful apéritif.
