Winemaker Notes
This wine has effusive white peach and orange blossom aromas with bitter almond and citrus notes framed by white stone minerals. On the palate the wine has a lovely ethereal texture that makes you want to go back for more.

COMMENTARY: The 2018 Verdad Albariño from the Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard is an excellent example of how well this grape variety has performed in the New World. TASTING NOTES: This wine is active, bright, and crisp. Its aromas and flavors of fresh-picked fruit and chalk should pair well with grilled oysters and a splash of Meyer lemon. (Tasted: August 19, 2019, San Francisco, CA)

A scent of salted pineapple gives way to tangy tropical fruit flavors in this cool white. It feels tart and lemony, the rich fruit balanced by acidity. Pour it with calamari.
