Winemaker Notes
The cool climate of Victoria's Pyrenees is ideally suited to producing a zesty and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Inclusion of Tasmanian fruit is a distinctive characteristic of Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc - imparting lifted gooseberry, citrus and grapefruit flavors.
A brilliant, bright luminescent straw color with green tinges bursting with a mix of passionfruit, lychee and grapefruit aromas and hints of lime. Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc 2007 is the perfect spring and summer wine.
