The blend of vineyards for the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is predominantly Cimarossa vineyard and smaller percentages of To Kalon, Melanson, Tierra Roja, Herb Lamb and Vine Hill Ranch, fermented as individual wines and then blended back together after many blending trials. Deep garnet-purple colored, it's scented of crème de cassis, blueberry pie, violets, earth and herbs. The palate is full-bodied, plush, opulent and ready for business, finishing spicy and long.
