Sturdy, focused and beautifully knit, this compact style offers expressive blackberry, plum and tangerine fruit, playing against polished tannins as the finish lingers. Best from 2017 through 2025.

Not a technically trained winemaker, Adam's finely tuned palate and a series of vintages in Cote Rotie with Pierre Gaillard, Chapoutier and Ogier, coupled with work at Torbreck and Jasper Hill in Australia, have been the major influences on the Syrahmi offering and style. High quality, low yield fruit is sourced from the northern parts of Heathcote, and with Adam's sensitive touch and hands off approach, he delivers a range of long, intense, fine, elegant and spice laden Syrah's.
