Powers Chardonnay 1999

Montrachet yeast was used for fermentation. Forty percent of this chardonnay was barrel fermented in French oak, with the remaining sixty percent fermented in stainless steel. The fruity ripe pear aroma gives way to well-balanced oaky apple and mineral flavors. The rich, creamy mouthfeel extends the flavors through the long finish.
