Ultra ripe licorice and blackberry flavors are derived from the traditional warm South Australian regions, while pepper, spice, earth and leather tones are contributed from the Victorian vineyards. The result is a complex and forceful Australian icon wine with cedar, oak and chewy but soft tannins.
