    Winemaker Notes

Vineyards The vineyards slant upward in wide terraces covering about 300,000 square meters, creating a natural amphitheatre facing south. The sloping sand and alluvium hillsides and rocky terrain provide protection from the wind while many hours of direct sun exposure also contribute to an ideal growing environment

Tasting Notes Tropical fruit aromas of lime peel mingle with an appealing smokiness. Fruity, soft, full and round. Very well-balanced with a dry, crisp finish. Ideal with and seafood dish.
