Preserved lemon, orange blossoms, white grapefruit, and struck flint, with saline-like minerality due to strong Pacific air influence. On the palate, honeyed texture and mineral-driven zest couple with beautifully integrated oak, and mouthwatering persistence. Youthful and elegant, imploring seafood to match it's salty, lemony backbone.
