We source the fruit for our Matchbook Cabernet from the famed Lake County appellation, blending in Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah to create a classic California Cab with aromas of cocoa nibs, vanilla and boysenberry. This wine evolves in the glass with rich flavors of chocolate beans, blackberries and blueberries, finishing off with silky, well-integrated tannins. Enjoy this full, elegant Cabernet with frenched rack of lamb and pepper-crusted prime rib.
