Somm Note

Winemaker Notes

On the palate the rich flavors of lemon peel enhance the appealing mouthfeel, adding a well-balanced finish.

A perfect match for Mediterranean dishes, seafood, poultry, light-sauced pasta dishes and fresh vegetable salads.

Professional Ratings

Pastry notes fill this rich and creamy white. Ripe melon, tangerine and almond flavors dominate, backed by mouthfilling acidity. The spicy finish is long and broad-textured. Drink now through 2019. 3,000 cases made.

Subtle and elegant, with exotic pineapple and lemon drop aromatics. Flavors on the palate of dried apricot and peach compote. Long and vibrant.
