Winemaker Notes
Grapes are destemmed, maceration for about three weeks, extraction made by pumping over and punching down. Garnet color with ruby reflects, very ripe red fruit, nicely structured with firm and meaty tannins, aromas of small ripe fruit and spices.
Blend: 85% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 5% Cinsault.
