This Crémant Brut, made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Auxerrois, is floral and delicately fruity on the nose with notes of brioche. It is generous on the palate, with fine bubbles and a sugar dosage which remains discreet. Perfect for your aperitif, it will also pair well with freshwater fish and white meats.
Blend: 50% Pinot Blanc, 50% Pinot Auxerrois.

A touch of Golden Delicious apple carries the nose of this sparkling wine. The fine foam on the palate adds creaminess and accentuates the orchard fruit flavors. This is an elegant, rounded but fresh wine that finishes dry.
The estate is located in Pfaffenheim where Francois Rieflé made the family's first wines in the early 18th century. This region's calcium-rich soil and dry microclimate give the Rieflé wines great power and tremendous length. The winery is managed today by two of Joseph's grandsons, Jean-Claude and Christophe. In keeping with tradition, they are passionate about their work, and take great pride in the premium quality wines they produce.
