Winemaker Notes
La Cuisine de ma mere, which translates to "my mother's kitchen," is the perfect complement to any dinner table! Fresh and juicy with supple texture, this food friendly, easy drinking wine offers ripe flavors of violet, plum and chestnut with hints of earth and dark berries.

Wine & Spirits
An elegant, unoaked style of Chinon, this is silky and soft, a textural pleasure with plump cherry and green peppercorn notes. Bursting with youthful freshness, this is readily approachable now, delicious with roast squab stuffed with wild mushrooms.

Domaine Grosbois is located in the heart of the Loire Valley in Chinon, France. The estate has been family owned since 1820, and is currently in the hands of skilled proprietor Nicolas Grosbois. The vineyards are comprised of 13 plots that were designated in the 15th century and to this day remain. A range of seven Cabernet Franc wines are crafted based on the unique plots. Nicolas wholeheartedly believes in organic agriculture and has worked to transition the farm. His 2009 – 2011 vintages are Ecocert converting to organic agriculture with his 2012 vintage, marking the first official Ecocert organic certification.
