Avalon CAB celebrates the King of Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon. We look to California’s top Cabernet Sauvignon growing regions including; Lodi, adds the “Yum Factor” represented in wines from warm growing regions.
Juicy aromas of dark fruit, mocha and spice meet with hints of vanilla. On the palate, black cherry, red raspberry and plum are followed by a long, smooth finish.
This wine's ripe fruit and clean acidity make it a versatile food partner. Enjoy a glass on its own or with your favorite foods like grilled burgers, pizza and rotisserie chicken.
Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 4% Tannat, 2% Petite Sirah, 2% Zinfandel

Covering the most vine acreage in the state compared to any other red wine variety, Cabernet Sauvignon produces as much wine in California as Merlot and Pinot Noir combined. The state’s diverse terrain and microclimates, as well as the freedom of its winemakers, allow for an incredible range of wine styles from this single grape.
California’s most famous region—and especially for Cabernet Sauvignon—is the acclaimed Napa Valley. While Cabernet is successful throughout the world, rarely has it achieved such merit as it does from the Napa Valley.
