This Unoaked stainless-steel fermented Chardonnay boasts an array of kiwi, lemon-blossom and papaya notes with a uniquely earthy undertone. A flavorful medley of caramelized pear, banana peel, and star fruit follows, with a light hint of honey on the finish. This refreshing, medium-bodied wine shows crisp, foodfriendlyacidity. In an ironic twist of fate, this 100% Unoaked wine is craftedentirely from fruit sourced from the "Oak" Knoll sub-appellation at the southern end of Napa Valley.
