Distiller Notes
A desire to create the ultimate gin for juniper lovers took the distillery on a mission to distill a 'Very Junipery Over Proof Gin'. When increasing the flavour profile in a gin, it is essential to match it with a rise in ABV. At 57.7% ABV this juniper-forward gin uses double the amount of juniper berries to their London Dry Gin.
Proof: 115.4
The first copper distillery to launch in London for nearly 200 years, on a mission to bring the art of uncompromising, small batch gin distillation back to the capital where it all began.
The result is sublimely sippable (and award-winning) spirits that are incredibly smooth, full of character and have a true intensity of flavour.

Enjoying an enthusiastic resurgence in modern cocktail culture, Gin, a.k.a. ‘Dutch Courage,’ was originally touted as a 16th century cure for cowardice and stomach ailments. Arguably the broadest and most dynamic category of spirits in terms of flavor profiles and production styles, Gin is a distilled grain spirit that derives its primary flavor from juniper berries and secondary flavors from a dazzling array of spices, herbs, fruits and botanicals. It is both produced and enjoyed all around the world and is most commonly mixed into cocktails such as the Martini or simply added to tonic water.
