Intense dark red in colour with dark berry and dark chocolate aromas, combining with the coffee and vanillan oak aromas from the barrel fermentation, leading onto the firm unashamedly aggresive tannin structure of the palate. Made to age, this wine needs to be cellared for 2-3 years before drinking and will improve up to 10- 15 years.
