What is StewardShip?

StewardShip is’s premium membership program. For a low annual fee, members enjoy exclusive deals, VIP benefits and free shipping on every order.

Highlights of our StewardShip program include:

  • FREE standard shipping on every order. Send wine, gifts or accessories to any address, with no minimum necessary.
  • Special deals just for you. Use StewardShip to buy as much or as little as you want, as often as you want
  • Exclusive access to products, events and more.

Some exclusions do apply and are outlined in full in the Terms and Conditions.

Free Shipping

How is free shipping applied? Free shipping is automatically applied to your order so long as you are signed into the account associated with your membership.

Shipping Exclusions: Hawaii and Alaska. As we cannot offer standard ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, orders sent to addresses located in those states are sent via air. StewardShip members are charged the difference between the cost of the expedited and standard shipping, an excellent deal for those residing outside of the continental U.S.

Shipping Exclusions: Corporate Gifts. StewardShip benefits are not applicable to orders placed through the Corporate Sales team. Please see Corporate Gifting for additional details.

Is Expedited Shipping Free? StewardShip provides free standard shipping. If you choose an expedited shipping method, you will be charged the difference between the expedited method and standard shipping.

Is re-shipping an undelivered order free? Yes! StewardShip provides free standard shipping for any returned packages that you would like to have re-shipped.

Does free shipping apply to returns? No, StewardShip only provides free shipping on packages sent from our warehouse to the address specified in your order.

Exclusive Deals

StewardShip members receive exclusive promotions via email when they are subscribed to marketing emails, and onsite when they are signed into their account.

VIP Benefits periodically offers StewardShip members VIP access to special events such as in-person tastings and ‘backstage passes’ to virtual wine tastings. StewardShip members may also periodically receive early or exclusive access to select products. Members must be opted into marketing emails to receive notice of these benefits.

Additional Questions

Can I give StewardShip as a gift? Unfortunately, the program cannot be given as a gift because it is tied to the account and email address of the person purchasing it. Instead, we recommend a gift certificate as a great way to give someone a gift that they can then choose to buy the program or something else.

How does the automatic renewal occur? Your StewardShip membership automatically renews each year. You can choose not to renew or update your payment method by signing in to your account and editing your options. From the Your Account section, go to the StewardShip Settings link to make any changes to your membership. You will receive a notification 5 days before renewal.
