Under his leadership, company revenues have grown by 500%, establishing Wine.com as the nation’s leading online and mobile wine retailer. Prior to that, Rich was Founder and CEO of IdeaForest, the leading online retailer in the hobby and crafts industry (purchased by Jo-Ann Stores, dba Joann.com). Before that, Rich was a partner with Bain & Company strategy consulting, where he spent over a decade working in a variety of industries. Rich holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA in International Relations from Stanford University.

Mike Osborn has been a pioneer in online wine retailing since founding Wine.com as eVineyard in 1998. Mike leads the company’s efforts in merchandising its wine and gifts, and holds key wine industry relationships worldwide. From 1992 to 1998, he held senior management roles as VP Sales and VP Marketing for CTR Business Systems, a software and systems integration business. In 1992, Mike merged his six-year-old software business he founded as a high school student, Expert Technology Corporation, with CTR.

Greg Tatem joined Wine.com in 2013 with over 20 years of experience leading strong development teams. He managed services and developed software for companies such as Bechtel, Scotland Yard, Microsoft and Xerox. Prior to joining Wine.com, Greg spent three years at Williams-Sonoma, where he oversaw the e-commerce platform that served the company’s five brands. He is a technology thought leader with a passion for the customer experience. Greg holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Peter Elarde joined Wine.com as Chief Marketing Officer in 2013 and is responsible for leading marketing, business development, product management, and user experience. Previously, Peter spent 10 years with Shutterfly in senior management positions including Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager of New Business Initiatives, and Vice President of Product Marketing. Prior to that, Peter held product and marketing leadership roles with a number of technology startups including Achieva.com, Tom Snyder Productions, and The Learning Company. Peter earned his MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale University.

Kristen Pszonowsky joined Wine.com as the Corporate Controller in 2013. Kristen most recently was the Corporate Controller at Wild Planet Entertainment, Inc., a children's toy wholesaler. Prior to that, she held numerous positions at the Sherwin Williams Paint Company, including Controller of the Emeryville, CA manufacturing facility, Senior Supply Chain Analyst and Internal Field Auditor. Kristen holds a B.S. in Finance and Logistics from John Carroll University.

David Dô joined Wine.com in 2003. As VP Operations, David manages Wine.com’s network of logistics centers with a focus on stellar on-time delivery performance and cost management. Prior to joining Wine.com, David worked with AKA Gourmet, a leading gift basket company. In 1995, he founded Image Works, a multi-media firm where he worked on numerous companies’ catalog productions and their launch into e-commerce. Born and raised in Paris, France, David attended the Sorbonne and ENS Louis-Lumière where he obtained his Diplôme.

Bill Tomaszewski has been the General Counsel for Wine.com since 2004. His main focus is working with state agencies on alcohol regulatory matters. Prior to his employment with Wine.com he served for 20 years with the Jersey City NJ Police Department in various roles. Bill is a graduate of Rutgers-Newark School of Law.
