The color is inviting, reminiscent of ripe, freshly sliced watermelon. The nose is bright, revealing immediate notes of juicy strawberries, and delicate rose petal aromatics with a nuance of earthy Cabernet Sauvignon savouriness. This beautifully balanced rosé has layers of flavors which contribute to its distinct, complex palate. Fresh acidity and a low alcohol provide the savoury core of this wine, yet the abundance of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit flavours such as fresh strawberries, ripe cherries and subtle notes of white peach provide the immediate joy of a basket of inviting summer fruits.
