Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2014 Pinot Noir Reserve Russian River Valley has a youthfully subdued nose of black cherries, redcurrants and garrigue with hints of dried Provence herbs, menthol and potpourri. The full-bodied palate is densely packed with rich red berry and earthy flavors with a firm structure of ripe, fine-grained tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing long with an herbal lift.

Wine Enthusiast
With a sizable presence on the nose and a palate evocative of black cherry, strawberry compote and orange peel, this wine speaks volumes in terms of texture and body. Its full-bodied concentration is supported by generous oak. Despite all that power, the tannins remain demure and relatively well behaved.
-
Wine Spectator
Exhibits a lively, zesty core of earth-enriched blackberry and raspberry that's sufficiently tannic and chewy. The depth and character of the fruit is captivating. Ends with a rustic, chewy aftertaste. Drink now through 2022.
