The wine expert, Javier Rodriguez - the architect of the project - produces high quality wines with an excellent value, in collaboration with technical experts from different wineries belonging to some of the most important D.O districts like Rueda, Rioja, Toro, Ribera del Duero, Priorat or Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y Leen in Spain and Douro in Portugal. One important goal for Javier Rodríguez is to respect and reflect the different characteristics of each of the terroirs the grapes come from.

Javier Rodrigue's methodology manages to create a combination of fruity palates balanced out with the contribution from the wood barrels. Rodriguez Sanzo S.L has an original, diverse selection of barrels, with which it aims to bestow aroma on its wines, respecting the grapes and all the sensations they evoke at all times.
