Substitution Policy in Gift Baskets:
Wine.com reserves the right to substitute items in gift baskets for items of higher or equal value.
Specific Wines in Gift Baskets:
Our wine stock rotates but we always include a high quality wine in our gift baskets. Should you wish to substitute specific wine(s) we require at least a 25-piece order and the ability to procure the specific wine(s). While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please be aware that depending on the complexity of the order and where it is shipping we may not be able to substitute wines. Custom Gift Baskets:
A minimum of 100 pieces, or $2500. Please contact us during business hours at 1-877-289-8268 option 2.
Taxes:
Sales tax will be applied in the following states: CA, NC, VA, FL, NJ, NY, WA, CT, MI, MA, OH, CO, HI, IN, IA, ME, MO, RI, SC, VT and WI.
Wine.com is required to pay excise tax in the following states:
Nevada, Wyoming, North Dakota, Nebraska, Louisiana, and New Hampshire.
Payment Options:
Credit card is preferred. We accept American Express®, Discover®, JCB® MasterCard®, Diners Club®, and Visa®.
