corporate gifts - how to place an order

Corporate Gifts Order Options:
1. Download our Microsoft Excel template
a. Enter in all pertinent information
i. Complete the Your Information-Tab 1
ii. Review State Listing-Tab 2
iii. Complete Order Details-Tab 3
b. Email your completed Microsoft Excel template to corporateorders@wine.com

2. Download our Faxable Rich Text Format order form
a. Complete the contact, billing, and ship to information for each recipient with your product choices and greeting.
b. Fax the order form back to us as 1-415-248-4400 or e-mail it to corporateorders@wine.com

3. Phone-In Orders - Call 877-289-8268 (Option 2) Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm, Pacific Time.

4. Online (for orders to multiple states and recipients, options 1-3 are recommended)
a. Log-in or create a new account (go to my wine.com and click join now)
b. Confirm to which state(s) you wish to ship your gift(s). Click here to review states to which we can and cannot ship wine
c. Select wine.com products and add them to the cart
d. Enter your billing information
e. Enter your shipping information
f. Type your greeting message
g. Confirm your order
h. Repeat steps 4a - 4g for each gift recipient
