

How to place an order:
- Download our Electronic Order Form.
- Enter in all pertinent information.
- Complete the Your Information-Tab 1.
- Review State Listing-Tab 2.
- Complete Order Details-Tab 3.
- Do not change the format of the form, it is designed to map to our database. If you do not have any information for one of the columns, please leave it blank instead of deleting it.
- Email your completed Microsoft Excel template to corporateorders@wine.com.
- We will contact you within 24 hours (M-F) with a confirmation for your approval and to confirm your billing information.
- Phone-In Orders - Call 877-289-8268 (Option 2) Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm, Pacific Time.
Payment Options:
Credit card is preferred. We accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, and Visa®.
Corporate Discounts:
We are happy to offer a bulk discount of 10% off orders of $1000 or more. We cannot discount already reduced items or apply more than one
discount or promotion to an order. Contact our Corporate Gifts Team at 877-289-8268 (Option 2) for more details. In order to qualify for
a discount our electronic order form
must be used and returned to us in the correct format. Our Corporate Gifts Team can help you with any questions you have about completing
the form.
Shipping Corporate Gifts:
If you would like to use the Free Corporate Shipping Program with unlimited standard shipping on your corporate gifts, minimum order requirements apply:
- $75 per recipient: To utilize our Corporate Gifts Team to place multiple orders with consolidated invoicing, our
Free Corporate Shipping program can only be used for orders with a value of more than $75.00 per each recipient. In these cases, the shipping discount
cannot be combined with other discounts. Some exclusions may apply.
- Less Than $75 per order: If you want to use your Steward-Ship program to send multiple orders that are less than
$75.00 per recipient, we will not be able to process those orders for you using either our Corporate Gifts or Customer Service Teams.
In these circumstances, you would need to place individual orders for each recipient on online yourself.
Specific Wines in Gift Baskets:
Our wine stock rotates but we always include a high quality wine in our gift baskets. Should you wish to substitute specific wine(s)
we require at least a 25-piece order and the ability to procure the specific wine(s). While we will make every effort to accommodate
you, please be aware that depending on the complexity of the order and where it is shipping we may not be able to substitute wines.

Substitution Policy in Gift Baskets:
Wine.com reserves the right to substitute items in gift baskets for items of higher or equal value.
Customize your gift:
Foster client and employee relationships with a branded or custom gift.
- Send us your own branded cards or letters to insert.
- Minimum order size 100 units orr $4000, minimum 6 six week turnaround for custom packaging, additional fees for inserts,
holiday orders must be complete by November 15th.
Where we Ship:
We ship non-wine items (gift baskets, gourmet food & chocolate, gift certificates and accessories) to all 50 states. We ship wine
to select states in accordance with state laws. Please use our "Ship to" state select drop down menu to determine if we ship wine
to your state.
States with additional regulations: Connecticut & New York: State regulations prohibit wine and food from
being shipped in the same package. Gifts & Baskets ordered that include both food and wine will be sent in two separate packages.
