What types of corporate gifts does Wine.com offer?

We offer curated wine sets, premium bottles, non-alcohol gifts, gourmet baskets, and exclusive corporate-friendly bundles. Start Gifting

How does the Wine.com Gifting Tool work?

Wine.com’s Gifting Tool lets you send gifts to multiple recipients at once using either mailing addresses or email addresses.

  • Shipping Address Method: Upload or select mailing addresses and send the same gift to every recipient (with built-in alternate gift options).
  • Email Address Method: Upload only email addresses; recipients choose their preferred gift and enter their own shipping details.
Can I send a gift without knowing someone's mailing address?

Yes. With the Email Method, all you need is your recipient’s email address. They’ll select a gift from the curated options you choose and provide their own delivery address and date.

Can I include non-alcoholic gifts in a group order?

Yes. Choose at least one non-alcoholic item during setup. The tool automatically assigns non-alcoholic gifts to recipients who live in states where alcohol cannot be shipped, and wine gifts to recipients who can receive them.

Which states cannot receive wine or alcohol shipments?

Wine.com cannot ship alcohol to:
AL, DE, ME, MI, MS, MT, SD, TN, UT
However, we can ship non-alcoholic gourmet gifts to these states.

Can I send multiple items to each recipient?

Not through the automated tool. The Group Gifting Tool supports one item per recipient per order.

How do gift options work?
  • Shipping Address Method: Choose one main gift plus alternate options. If the main gift isn’t available in every state, the tool automatically assigns the next available option for the entire group.
  • Email Address Method: You select multiple gifts; recipients choose their favorite.
Can I create different gift tiers (VIP, clients, colleagues, etc.)?

Absolutely. Create separate gift groups for each tier with different price levels to ensure each audience receives the appropriate gift.

How do delivery dates work for group gifts?
  • Shipping Address Method: You select the delivery window; all gifts ship together.
  • Email Address Method: Recipients choose their own delivery date and provide their shipping address.
Do recipients receive delivery notifications?

Yes. If you upload or include email addresses for recipients, they’ll receive tracking updates and delivery alerts.

How do I upload recipient information?

You can upload a CSV, import from your Wine.com address book, or add recipients manually.

Required fields:

  • Address Method: Name, Company, Street Address, Suite/Apt, City, State (2-letter), ZIP (5-digit), Phone #, Email (recommended).
  • Email Method: Name and Email Address.
Can I personalize the gift message?

Yes. You may write one message for all recipients or customize messages individually (up to 240 characters per recipient).

Can I schedule gifts in advance?

Yes. If you are using the:

  • Shipping Address Method: Choose your preferred delivery window.
  • Email Method: Recipients pick their own delivery date.

Payment & Rewards

Can I get a pricing estimate or quote before placing my order?

Yes. Once you’ve chosen your gift options, click Estimated Invoice in the top-right corner of the Payment Details screen to view an estimated total including product prices, shipping, and tax placeholders.

When will I be charged for my group gift order?

You’ll be billed once the order is placed. For Email Method orders, you’ll receive automatic refunds for any unclaimed gifts.

Can I use my StewardShip free shipping benefits on corporate or group orders?

No. StewardShip does not apply to corporate, group, or bulk gifting orders. Instead, you can enroll in our Corporate Rewards Program to earn benefits from group gifting.

Does Wine.com offer a Corporate Rewards Program?

Can orders be changed or canceled after they are placed?

No. Once the order is finalized and processed (usually within 10 minutes), it cannot be canceled or modified. This ensures the fastest possible fulfillment.

How do I access invoices and tracking?

Your final invoice appears in your Wine.com account once the order is processed.
You can view order status, recipient-level details, and tracking anytime in your account dashboard.
