This is a perfect example of why I despise buying wine "blind" on Wine.com unless I absolutely have to. Their original content to help consumers understand what the wine might taste like is usually sub-par. I love this wine, but was totally surprised by what was in the glass vs. how it was described. The description for this wine doesn't tell us much at all. Just a bunch of "winesnobobabble" from W&S with little added content from Wine.com staff. Wine.com could sell so much more wine if they were committed to better writeups. At least to me.
