This is one of the best wines I've had in years. Typical of McLaren Vale, it is well balanced and bursting with great aroma.
Simply one of the best wines I've ever tasted. Smooth, buttery, full flavored.
A good, well rounded Merlot. Good, firm tannins, but not overly dry. Good balance and flavor.
Not a big fan of Pinot Noirs, but my wife loves them so I buy them. This one, however is a keeper. Not as thin as other Pinots and was very smooth with good, bold flavors.
This is the first time I had bought a bottle of this wine and was very surprised. It's well balanced, tastes great and goes with just about anything you are cooking.
I'll be cellaring this bottle for 10-15 years. I'll let you know then. I've had this wine of different vintages before and firmly believe it is the best wine in the world.
