Not to fond of blends, this adventure paid off. If you are entering Australia in your wine adventures, I would highly recommend this wine. I would keep it to open it in 2010.
This is a dolcetto I enjoyed very much. Not to be paired with heavily spiced foods or the wine will not stand up to them.
I tend to be a single grape kind of guy, but this excellent blend balances the qualities of the different grapes. It is a great choice if you thing Malbecs are too strong or dry.
Highly recommended, if you like the oaky flavors. Will pair up to even a tomato based sauce!
Highly recommended for Riesling lovers. Clean crisp taste. Excellent aperitif. Would certainly buy more!
Crisp, lightly fruity and some bubles at the end that make this an excellent Summer wine.
I am not a big champagne drinker, but if you are looking for something out of the ordinary that will not affect your wallet to much, I highly recommend Sofia. Drink before your food to fully enjoy its taste. Drink it mildly cold.
Everyone loved this wine, has character and is not overwhelming in alcohol level.
I disagree with the 91 pt. rating, but probably this wine needs to be kept for 2-3 more years. So if you want to drink it soon, I would not recommend it!
This is a wine that will clearly mark your palate with a rich crisp riesling. Everyone in our family liked it! Try it on its own to open up your appetite!
