Wonderful value. Easy to drink with just enough nose and complexity to tempt one to lie about the price. It drinks >2x its price.
Every year, this is the best value Granache on the market. Fill your cellar allocation for non-cabernet reds with this wine.
Martini, Inglenook and Beaulieu were the only cabs I drank in the 1960's. Quality tanked. This cab is a nice reminder of the good old days. A pleasant, good value cab from CA with a historic name.
Complex, bold, balanced with loads of fruit. Superior value. Another winner from Sparky Marquis.
Balanced, smooth, and elegant. This is a wine that can be consumed every day or on special occassions. One of the few wines of which I do not tire. I do not think it is a 91, but it is excellent value.
Fruit forward, balanced with a touch of heat. Lingering after taste. Excellent value.
A nice wine and good value. It seems to gather body in the glass, but, all in all, a bit thin for my taste. I found Las Rocas a more satisfying Grenache.
The best word for this wine is "opulent." Big fruit and good tannins. It will improve with time.
This is not the typical fruit bomb associated with Shiraz from down under. The wine is complex and well structured with pepper, raspberry and chocolate on the palate. The finish carries a petite syrah like bing cherry flavor. Throwing considerable sediment.
