This wine is definitely priced right with plenty of jammy fruit and balance to match pasta or even meat dishes. It is probably best of the wines under $15 that I have purchased so far.
This was a surprise hit among a group of wines of more refined pedigree. I would recommend as a versatile house wine that won't disappoint.
While this is not a big red, it does offer up a gentle introduction to Spanish wines--subtle fruit with good balance.
This wine is dry and, perhaps for a more sophisticated palate might be a find, but for me, I could just not detect any recognizable character.
